Matt Meister

(.com)

I study how people learn about and evaluate their choices—especially through online information. My work combines large-scale scraped data with experiments to learn how and why people make the judgments and choices they do.

I teach applied statistics, marketing analytics, and other marketing courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. My classes emphasize real (messy) data, decision-making, and gaining comfort with difficult topics.
